Enrollment Fee

The Enrollment Fee at Bloom Beauty Institute is a non-refundable fee that covers the $100 application fee to the institute as well as the $5 application fee to the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers Examiners. It is important to note that the payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance into our program. In the event that classes are full, applicants will be placed on our waitlist for future openings. This fee is a crucial step in the application process and must be submitted along with the application form.
