You will need to have the following requirements to apply in person:

1. Payment for your enrollment fees: (Non-Refundable)

   • BBI Application Fee - $100

   • State Board Licensing Fee - $7                                                                                                TOTAL FEES = $107

     • ​We Accept Venmo @Bloombeautyinstitute

     • Call 573-358-9067 to pay over the phone

     • Bring in a check or money order for $107 to                Bloom Beauty Institute

2. Proof of Citizenship: Birth Certificate, Passport, or Naturalization (or a digital copy or clear photo of any of those that can be uploaded from your phone or email).

3. Proof of Education: High School transcripts, Diploma or GED (or a digital copy or clear photo of any of those that can be uploaded from your phone or email).

4. 2" x 2" Passport Style Photo: A recent digital photo of yourself in JPG/JPEG/PNG format. (White background preferred)

*Enrollment Fees totaling $107 are non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee your enrollment in Bloom Beauty Institute's Cosmetology Program. Enrollment is subject to approval and will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
